BDC-R&D – our design engineering center – is a part of BDC-Holding. It is capable of developing bespoke solution to suit specific customer requirements. We have a wealth of expertise in product development, industrial design prototyping, rapid design-to-manufacturing and designing products for mass-production.
Our development process aligned according to lean principles of Toyota Production System: process flow and just-in-time. Our agile approach and c concurrent engineering by enable us to develop complex projects within very short period of time – typically faster than a conventional design engineering bureau.
Own experimental production line allows us to quickly manufacture and test our devices. Thus we provide to our customers not just a bunch of useless drawings, but already tested technical documentation along with the working prototype of a device.
We are open for cooperation and always happy to make a tour around our design center and manufacturing facilities.
