With a unique blend of multi linguist people IMT has one set managing the supply chain whose expertise in managing sourcing of Commodities both from mine and farms, having good negotiation skills, being well oriented in commodities and responsible for achieving the targets set for them. The other set manages the buying chain with ability to understand customer needs & markets needs. Both teams work independently from each other as if a different units in same Company and work in synergy to meet the common objective of executing order to the satisfaction of both suppliers and buyers.
