We are a producer in Chengdu China produce mostly carbide taps and CPM (powder HSS) taps, a little bit carbide drills and end mills, and carbide milling inserts and cutting inserts.
Taps are widely used products for machining the threads, 99% of them in the market are HSS taps because it's cheap. Carbide taps are quite tough and have high resistance feature, are suitable for machining the products of large lot and high efficient and the product of continuous machining. According to the application, there are several kinds of taps: Machine and hand taps, spiral flute taps, spiral pointed tap, thread forming taps, and Pipe taps and thread milling cutter.
