production plant 4.000 m2 indoor, 1.000 m2
cold storages and 400 m2 cold rooms for
process lines. GURME, on the center of fresh
vegetables sources in Aegean Region of
Turkey, combined the Aegean vegetables with
perfect techology and hygiene process in OVEN
DRIED and FROZEN form. Together with
professional staff, GURME became one of the
biggest dried vegetables producers in TURKEY
and in the world with a capacity of 4.000 tons
per year.
