Located in Samawah, middle of Iraq, Al-
amal Scientific Bureau started business in
2006 as a distribution firm of generic
pharmaceuticals in the middle and southern
region of Iraq. With several private
investors and managed by Tammam Alhaj
abed (B.Sc. Pharmacy), the business soon
expanded to cover many regions of Iraq as
the following:
- 2007: Al-amal partnered with Al-Safa
Scientific Bureau to cover the sales
territory of Baghdad (the capital).
-2007: Al-amal partnered with Al-khadraa
Scientific Bureau to cover the sales
territory of southest region of Iraq.
-2009: Al-amal Scientific Bureau with
private investors from Erbil, established
New Pharma Co. Ltd. to cover the northern
Kurdistan Region.
