Yorkshire Biltong is part of Country Butchers (Harrogate) Ltd, a traditional butchers shop based in North Yorkshire. The shop has been established for over fify years and is now run by Tony Colbeck who has worked here for twenty-eight years and his son Wayne for seven.
Four years ago, Tony decided to experiment with a range of classic South African products made on the premises using locally sourced meats. The three main products; biltong, droewors and boerewors were very well received by the shop's customers and the idea grew.
In the following years the recipies and flavours were developed and refined into what is now a top-quality product. With South African and British customers alike raving about the authentic taste and moorish qualities, Tony decided to sell these products online.
We are regularly Selling: biltong, droewors, chilli biltong, garlic biltong, chilli droewors.
We are regularly Buying: meat, beef, silverside. |
