Our Family Farm business goes back to the 1940s at the time of the Jordan Valley's beginning story of agricultural farming, catering for local markets needs of fresh vegetables, which was later was arriving to regional markets. In 2004, in an effort to diversify our agricultural farm practices and address market needs, we have pursued a business plan to establish a Date palm business, planting Medjool Dates, and a company was established under the name 'Jordan River Dates Farm', which was registered to farm, stores, handles and markets Medjool dates.
Majdool Dates, are considered exclusive to the Jordan Valley amongst different dates varieties, given the very successful performance in terms of both quality of dates produced and quantity of production per each hectare.
