The manufacturing capacities cover of 18, 000 square meters, consist of plastic injection, painting, parts assembly and mold fabrication. In injectiom molding area, we relies on 34 plastic injection machines ranging from 80T to 1000T capacity for variety parts of manufacturing. In the painting, we have Class 10,000 dust free paint chamber to provide value added service. Most important, we have our own IN-HOUSE MOLD FABRICATION TEAM. Our facilities included: CNC, EDM, WEDM, Surface Grinder, Precision Mold Testing Machine & Deep Hole Grinding Machine.
