Ltd., a privately-owned China manufacturer of gasoline SUVs established in 2003. ZAP recently completed the acquisition of a 51 percent majority stake in Jonway Auto and the combined company focuses on targeting the emerging electric car market in China, which today is the fastest growing automotive market in the world.
