Nelson from 1976 to 1984 sold millions of pounds of beef liver packaged frozen to the retail market. In late 1976 nelson met Dr. Neal B. Webb PhD, a famous meat scientist, from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC who started Webb Food Labs. Dr. Webb and Nelson developed beef and beef liver patties. they were tested in a USDA plant.
There are four formulas, never before circulated in the maketplace and are availabe to meat processors globally for product manufacture and testing. these are niche products and ask for your feedback regarding same.
