Felidan was founded 18 years ago in 1993 and has been dealing with precious stones and Maasai Jewellery. For the first 10 years of its existence, it exported precious stones and then started supplying Maasai Jewellery 8 years ago. Felidan employs 9 rural Maasai women to do the weaving and 22 young men in the precious stone department. Felidan has now helped 9 widows educate, feed and shelter their children. 3 of these women have taken in orphans from their villages and treating them like their own. Felidan takes pride in the little we've been able to do to help the society improve and grow.
