We are a Chilean company producer and marketer of giant squid, we have to offer fresh frozen fillets, wings and tentacles. we also work in the manufacture of value-added such as giant squid rings, scallops, fingers and other cuts.
Guarantee quality, responsibility and compliance with agree commitments.
Our products:
Fillets: Body / squid tube, gutting and skinning, no cartilage. Frozen in blocks of 10 kg and packed in 20 kg bag of Net Master.
Wings: Clean skin, frozen in blocks of 10 kg and packed in master bag of 20 kg net.
Tentacles: clean units without nails or claws, eyes off, peak off. Frozen in blocks of 10 kg and packed in master bag of 20 kg net.
Rings: For the development of this product, raw material used (fillets) treated with chemical to control acidity.
Outside diameter 65 mm, 50 mm interior. Lower ring; Exterior interior 45 mm 30 mm. Thickness between 8 and 12 mm.
IQF frozen, packed in PE bags 5 kg and 20 kg carton Net
