Ulma produces burners, boilers and pellet transportation systems for residential customers. One example is the popular ULMA 2000 The burner can be mounted on most of the boilers on todays market via the enclosed assembly kit. The burner is provided with a PLC system that controls the supervision part of the security and also controls the combustion. The burner is lit with help from a hot air element when the boiler temperature falls below the preset thermostat setting. Adjustable hysteresis on thermostat via PLC for the best adjustment, also on the display the boiler temperature is shown. The start procedure is fully automatic in several steps for a faster and effective start up. Within 80 seconds after the thermostat of the burner has called for heat, the burner has been lit and is burning normally. The burner is equipped with an automatic cleaning system.
