STM born in Italy in 1976 started as a small company. Nowadays STM is an important reference in the mechanical transmission field.
S.T.M. over 90' has turned from a craftsman into a big company specialized in the design and manufacturing of speed reducers.
S.T.M. wish to be competitive and to strengthen presence on the market as the result of the acquisition of GSM S.p.A. (in 2000), an important company manufacturing high power gearboxes and geared motors
Since 2006 the starting up of STM Drive S.r.l. which, relying on more than twenty years of experience in automation field, manufactures inverters and drives for any needed power.
Today S.T.M. team offers one of the widest products range in the power transmission field, employs 250 persons and reaches a sales turnover of more than 70 Million EUR all over the most important national and international markets.
