The first party 30.000 mt/ month (trial), further 100.000 mt/ month or as agreed (to 500.000 mt/ month)
All basic conditions of delivery are regulated agree “Incoterms”-2000.
Conditions FOB. Port name: Feodosiya or Odessa (Ukraine).
Discount of $22 (NET) for the buyer. The commission for assistants, intermediaries should be coordinated with the buyer (also are included in this discount, the supplier does not take the commission)
After the signature of the basic package of documents the buyer will receive all necessary documents (POP, Certificate of Quality, other agreements etc).
