Located in Marikina City, the plant is fully equipped with the most modern facilities that produce high quality and healthy food products. As we believed in the ingenuity of different nationalities, like most traditional foods, bihun was produced using laborious processes that included rolling and sun-drying. Thus, making the supply, cost and quality of bihun concern for many who wished to enjoy the delicacy. The knowledge of these concerns, coupled with a desire to serve a growing demand for bihun, became the foundations of what will become Marikina Food Corporation (MFC). The vision was to immediately build a modern and efficient facility that will produce the finest quality bihun that will be both familiar for its taste and texture, as well as set new standards in quality and value.
We are now exploring our new product lines for Sauteed Shrimp Paste (with EU), Fruit Preserves, condiments, and frozen vegetables and root crops.
We are regularly Selling: cornstarch sticks, pancit luglug, sauteed shrimp paste, fruit preserves, condiments, frozen rootcrops and vegetables.
