It is established in 2009, It planted to establish PVA recycling economy industry chain project, which including 440,000 t/a, PVA and relative further processed products. To be exact, it includes:
a. 440,000t/a PVA,
b. 60,000 t/a high strenth and modulus fibre,
c. 120,000 t/a LDM,
d. 4,000 t/a fast dissolvable film and 2,000 ton t/a slow dissolvable film,
e. 1,200,000 t/a calcium carbide and 1,200,000 t/a calcium oxide,
f. 4,000,000t/a cement,
g. 220 KV transformer substation,
h. 20,000t/day sewage treatment plant.
The toal investment for the project is RMB 11.3 billion.
