ZimAgri is based in the arid southern region of Zimbabwe where annual rainfall is low, erratic and unreliable, and the soils are generally shallow, sandy and poor. The company is looking for for opportunities to partner with international companies that can avail effective and affordable technologies that can help smallholder farmers in the region to improve food security through the effective employment of a combination of conservation farming, drip irrigation, soil remediation and the drought-resistant crops as well as the adaptation of renewable energy sources to provide lighting, heat and power for small farm machinery/equipment
