We are AL – Nour international. We have been involved in PET business since 1995. Our plant located in Al Khanka, Egypt with two crushing, washing and drying lines for white and green PET flakes.
I would like also to explain the manufacturing process we follow.
First:
•PET bottles are sorted manually from the PVC bottles or others.
Next:
•Caps, Rings and Labels are removed manually before crushing.
•Automatic line for Crushing, washing and drying.
•Hot washed under 90 o C with caustic soda (at least 5%) Sulfonic Acid (1.25 %.)
•Rising for 15 -20 min.
•Automatic dryer and packing.
Finally:
•Bags are left open in the sun for more drying.
Technical data for final out come:
•Shape: Flakes
•Color: White or green flakes
•Size: Controllable.
•PVC content: < 300 ppm
•Other impurities: < 0.1 %
•Moisture: < 1%
•Viscosity: 0.7 – 0.85
•Packing: Small bags or Jumbo bags
