Liaoning Efacec Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. is a Sino-Portuguese joint venture which specializes in the production of high voltage and extra high voltage power transformers, mobile substations and Non- engineering Foreign Contracted Projects (Engineering Procurement and Construction [EPC] Projects).
It was established in October 1994 with registered capital of 12.4 million U.S. dollars and total assets of 710 million RMB. The area of land occupied by the factory is 64,000 square meters. So far, the company has 390 employees.
The company adopts technology and management from Portugal EFACEC, and applies these in delivering its main products which include oil immersed power transformers up to 370MVA/500KV, oil immersed distribution transformers up to 6.3MVA/35KV, Cast resin dry type transformers up to 3.15MVA/35KV, mobile substations and Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects in the power sector.
