We are organically producing a vegetable, proteinaceous feed in the form of "Dried & Fresh Tannia Cocoyam (Xanthosoma sagittifolium Schott) Leaf - Shreds" for the helicultura, poultryl and aquacultural industries, besides the human food market.
The tannia cocoyam spinach leaf - shreds, besides being a vegetable protein source, are also rich in Vitamin C, calcium, and phosphorus.
