We are a developing company based at the west coast of Namibia. Namibia is situated in the South West part of Africa, to the north of South Africa, and to the West of Botswana. On our west we border the Atlantic Ocean. We currently busy with the development of 3 Six Storey Apartment blocks, each block containing 10 Luxury sea-front apartments. We are also busy finalizing the plans of a 30 room sea-front hotel, and we want to start construction in the middle of February 2010. We are starting in the end of July 2010, with a 10 storey Lifestyle Centre in Botswana, with a total floor space of 36’000 square meters. In March 2010, we will start construction on a office block with a floor space of 7’450 square meters. We opperate Internationaly, So please contact us for any Development and Construction needs. We do everything from the plan design to the finishing. We garentee high quality all the way, and we can prove it with our previouse work.
