In February 2002, the Moscow Oil Research
Institute granted JSC "Orsknefteorgsintez"
license to manufacture the European Grade
Diesel Fuel. At present, Orsk Refinery
supplies both home and foreign markets
with EN 590 certified diesel fuel, the sulfur
content not exceeding 0.035 per cent.
Additionally, Orsk Oil Refinery yields low
viscosity summer bunker fuel..
3. JSC "Orsknefteorgsintez" also
manufactures base oils, which are used in
the production of finished motor and
transmission oils..
4. Fuel Oil М-100, М-40 according to GOST
10585-99.
5. Bitumen БН 70/30 ( (construction type),
БНД 60/90 (road type). The bitumen
БНДМ 80/120 was specially designed to
meet the requirements of the road building
services working in the sharp weather
conditions.
