Kedia Group of Industries comprises of B. S. Tar Pvt. Ltd previously known as Bhagwandas Sagarmull, the oldest company in the Coal Tar Distillation Business. The Company is approximately seven decades old and was incorporated in the year 1941.
Kedia Carbon Pvt. Ltd was established in the State of Orissa in the year 2004 with the most modern and latest technology mainly to cater to the demands of NALCO, Hindalco, Vedanta etc. After setting up of the Unit in Rourkela the turnover of Kedia Carbon Pvt Ltd has increased by 22 folds from Rs. 3 cr to Rs. 62 cr in just a span of 5 years by exploiting the huge growth of both the aluminum and steel segment in Orissa region. Kedia Group of Industries has a market share of around 12% and is one of the biggest manufacturer of Coal Tar Pitch in India. Kedia Carbon Pvt Ltd is an ISO – 9001, ISO – 14001 & ISO – 18001 Company.
