in 2000.
We produce powder lecithin from sunflower. Our lecithin doesn’t consist GMOs, is hypoallergenic and is a dietary supplement. Also, it has high biological value and could be a prevention of diseases and using as additive in animal feed.
Today the company SPC "Dneprotehnologii" produces the following forms of lecithin:
Food additive (E 322), lecithin is used as emulsifier in the production of bakery products, wafers and wafer cups for ice cream, biscuits etc
Dietary supplement lecithin, which is used in the diet of the population for the prevention of diseases of the liver and gallbladder, as well as a tonic that promotes the normalization of metabolism in the body;
Feed additive lecithin, which is used in the manufacture of complete feed for livestock and poultry with hepatoprotective action to improve performance and resistance.
