In March 1997, a 30,000 MTPA Sodium
and Potassium Phosphate production
facility, based on technology acquired
from Monsanto of the U.S.A was
constructed in the west-China plant and
commissioned in September 1998,
providing Norwest the ability to produce
20 plus different food and industrial
grade sodium and potassium phosphate
chemicals.
