Berkeley James International Trading prides itself in dealing professional with all aspects to their business and have successfully been trading for over 20 years.

Brokers often cause many of the problems with not understanding the -process and in all cases we will insist on being able to have paperwork completed in a set way to aid speedy completion of the transaction.
We have to follow a process and the refinerys we deal with wil not change the process for any buyer. (Howver certain amendments to contracts can be made subject to the refinery having initial documents to start the process.
Procedues are:-
1) ICPO with signed NCNDA -MFPA soft probe and BCL (however if Company is a National will look at reducing need for full POF.
2) FOC will be issued by refinery
3) FOC acceptance and return by buyer
4) Refinery to issue draft contract to buyer
We are regularly Selling: diamonds, cement, gold, hotels in london, investment products, land and development products, off-market property, oil fuel, sugar.
We are regularly Buying: d2, diamonds, gold, jp54, oil and otherfuel, sugar, cement. |
