Emin Bakeries have been established in Istanbul at Haznedar in 1972 by Emin Aydin. After these years with the respect for his profession and with endeavor he accelerated the endeavors of being the leader of the sector and has begun the branching process.
At the beginning of 90' s Emin Aydin knovvn with his sense open to development has worked abroad and made important steps for promotion of the brand abroad.
Our founder and Honorary Chairman Emin Aydin has died in August 1993 after the opening of Ataköy branch in 1993.
Emin Bakeries vvhich continuing to their activities as a family company after the death of Emin Aydin have accelerated the vvorks of organization until 1995 and have the aim of grovving and in 2006 have established a modern facility and an administration building on a 4000 meter square closed area in Hadimkoy.
Emin Bakeries vvhich in our days are offering secure and hygienic products to their customers vvith ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 22000:2005 quality documents beginning from supply of raw material and until to services after sale are one of the leader companies of their sector in Turkey.
