WHAT WINDMILL DOES
Windmill Rice Company is constructing a state-of-the-art rice milling and packaging facility near Jonesboro, Arkansas. When completed, the new mill will produce twelve truckloads of packaged quality rice per day, or approximately 300 per month.
The mill will feature the latest in technology including:
• Vertical Water Polishers that increases the rice kernel’s shine and improves color by reducing thermal stress.
• The latest in digital color sorting technology to pneumatically remove any damaged kernels. Windmill’s sorters employ the fastest firing ejectors on the market today to execute precise removal.
• The latest in insect and rodent prevention measures. Including third-party inspections and audits.
• The latest in packaging equipment and automation to supply customers the rice they need in a timely manner.
We are regularly Selling: long grain rice, long grain rice enriched, med grain rice, brown rice, brown brokens, white brokens, rice bran, groung rice hulls, unground rice hulls.
We are regularly Buying: long grain rough rice, med grain rough rice. |
