standard and fast recovery rectifier power
diodes (10-7200A,100-4400V),
phase ctrl, inverter and fast switching
power thyristors (10-1900A,100-2000V),
modules, assemblies, heatsinks, clamp
sets and other accesories,
equivalents for regular and obsolete
rectifier power devices
We produce silicon structures for all our devices and sell them to USA and European countries too
