We are a small group of textile enterprenurs placed in a village 45 kms from Chennai. We are doing our research for since 30 years how to process textiles on natural extracts with out any chemical to fabrics like cotton, silk, wool and linen. Since 1976 to 1984 we were exporting wool pile carpets dyed in vegitalble dyed and organically processed. Since this fibre is protein based it was a great success.36 shades were acheived and R.H. MACYS usa imported regualrly and OCM London IMPORTED. We recieved Gold medal for the quality.
Since 1984 we are trying our luck in cotton and linen. We are 80% successful here.
We are using short stapple cotton for natural dying on Indigo colour. The dye was extracted from plants. This is 100% chemical free processed and finished a to z.
