TAIHAN SACOM CABLE joint venture company (TSC), a co-oporation between TAIHAN ELECTRIC WIRE CO., LTD. of KOREA (TAIHAN) and Cables and Telecomunication Materials Corporation of Vietnam (SACOM), held a ground breaking ceremony for construction of cable production plant on March 9, 2006 at the site in LongThanh- Dong Nai, Vietnam.
The project with total invested capital of nearly US$ 50 million and constructed at the site of 150,000㎡ at Dong Nai Long Thanh Industrial Complex is reputed as the biggest Power and Communication cable factory in South East Asia area.
Manufacturing process
The Power cable factory is equipped the modernist auto controled manufacturing machines imported from Europe, CCV Line Nokia Maillefer – Fin Land. This technology offers the best possibility for Power cables to meet the extremely tough technical and quality cable specifications very well following International standards.
