We are the seller mandate for Russian D2, Mazut 100 either on contract or spot deal basis. We are also the agent for High Speed Diesel, Singapore Specs. We have available services for OPL/IPL subject to buyer's proof of fund, i.e ICPO + BCL via MT799 through bank. Final payment is MT103 vs POP through bank. Our available stock is upto 500,000 MT monthly basis. Proof of fund is the most important criteria for us to deal with genuine end buyers. Only buyer mandate with letter of authorisation from the end buyer will be entertained. No intermediaries please.
