We are a machine shop and we also refurbish rubber rolls.
Our complete machine has huge machining capabilties. We do both small and large machine work.
One dept that we call Southern Roll recovers and regrinds rubber rolls and rollers of all sizes. We recover using all types of material hypalon, neopreen, natural Rubber (NR) nitrile Rubber Urethane (NBR. XNBR) EPDM SBR Silicone Polyurethane Elastomer Blends. We mill our own rubber. We also machine new cores. We do all kinds of roll repair including journals and bearings.
We have been serving Alabama and all of North America for over 30 years.
Our machine shop has lots of lathes and mills and large bars. We do both small and large work. We hold very close tolerances. We can swing (turn) 60" and up to 38 feet length. (456 inches long)
We will drive to Tennesse, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana Texas, anywhere in the southeast.
We are regularly Selling: machine work, grind regrind, cover recover, turning, roll rolls, roller rollers, boring, rubber, urethane.
We are regularly Buying: rubber, steel. |
