We have 3 REFINERY DIRECT contracts in hand. The contracts are from a refinery owned by the Russian Government or rather 80% owned by them. These contracts have already been issued to our company and we will be assigning them to the buyer
of D2 from 5 m mt 12 month contract (500 000 MAY BE LIFTED WITHIN 7 DAYS) Also JP 54 from 50 m bbls 12 month contract (4 mil bbls MAY Be LIFTED WITHIN 7 DAYS)
We do not required an LOL, ICPO with permission for soft probe, FCO or anyfhing like them. THe buyer will need to sign the attachd NCND and follow the procedures. We have already obtained the contracts in our company name. The prices listed above are what the buyer will pay for the product.
Spot buys on a case by case basis after reviewing the buyer's capabilities.
