We produce to organic standards extra virgin olive oil and olives on our olive and citrus groves in both Cyprus and Turkey
our olive oil got recognition in 2006 by being described in the New York magazine as Englands best olive oil
our table olives are all cured in the centuries old method with either dry salt or with brine and lemon juice, they consist of
memecik, domat, kalamat, chakistez, salama, and our very strong flavored cyprus black olives
we are now producing preserved lemons using some of our 100 ton per annum produce
we have more recently started production of our own sweet paprika flakes as well as chilli flakes these are all grown & dried under natural sunlight and we only add olive oil and salt in the process
we have also started to produce our own 100% pommegranate mollasses
we have since had numerous articles written about our produce, namely in the observer, gulf air magazine and many more
We are regularly Selling: extra virgin olive oil, olives, sweet paprika, preserved lemons, pommegranate mollasses, dried olive leaves, frankincense, chakistez olives, hot chilli flakes.
We are regularly Buying: pet and glass bottles, shrink caps, vacuum pouches, cardboard boxes, tamper evident tubs, resealable bags. |
