IFTEC LLC is an Omani Company formed in June 2000. It is owned by both Omani and Foreign Share holders. The company is managed by Mr. Mike Rogers a British citizen. Mike Rogers is an ex-Royal Navy Electronic Engineer and spent 22 years as a General Manager Vosper Thorncroft UK Ltd. Support Projects before coming to Oman. In his 22 years with Vosper Thornycroft he gained considerable experience on the support and operation of warships. During his 13 years in Oman he has been involved in the operation and maintenance of commericial vessels, fishing boats and warships. He is supported by a team, which has worked together for many years and gained considerable experience of marine activities. Both Desert Services LLC and IFTEC operated independently in the past but shared resources and management. However it has been decided that in order to offer our clients an improved service it would be more cost effective to merge the operations of the two companies.
We are regularly Selling: raymarine products, liferaft service and certification, marine safety equipments, fire and safety equipment services for ships, marine pyrotechnics, marine fabrication and welding works, mechanical fitting and repair, electrical fitting and repair, electronic equipment servicing. |
