The business was built on immersion heating technology used to heat molten zinc. This technology is now widely used in the manufacture of galvanized wire and small parts. The company has added complimentary ceramic kettles to this immersion heating technology and has recently leveraged those two technologies to produce a single-dip GALFAN wire line. Current research will see the immersion heaters adapted to use natural gas and oil as energy sources.
