Six (6) Diamond Properties into joint venture with parties from
United Kingdom and South Africa in which we have 55% interest on each.
Another Diamond Property we own it by 100% interests, it has eight
Kimberlite pipes
Alluvial Diamond Mining
Basing on three above, we invites the Investor under the following
Options:
In type 1 of the deal of six properties currently in joint venture
we are ready to sell our 55% interest in a way we may negotiate and
agree.
The investor who is capable to fund and conduct exploration on the
property (type 1) we own by 100% or 2 to direct bring in capital fund,
Machinery, equipment and expertise for mining alluvia diamond. In
this case the investor shall earn 50% and owner 50% interest non-
contributory. The prospective investor to pay non-refundable exclusivity fee
that shall be agreed to bind the owner not to negotiate with other
parties. The Joint Venture Company shall be formed then to run the
operations.
The sell and buy out deal by which price to be agreed.

We are regularly Buying: electric products, motor carsjapan, motorcycle -china. |
