WelGrace Research Group (WRG) farm division is currently cultivating organically grown horticulture specialty fruits and vegetables in Ghana sub-Sahara West Africa using a combination of traditional and modern industrial farming techniques. These specialty fruits and vegetables products are sold domestically, neighboring countries and international markets {emphasis on domestic and European markets) Situation analyses suggest that the unavailability and cost of vegetables are the root causes of the lack of healthy food consumption in Ghanaian dishes. Increasing the awareness of the benefits and availability would change eating habits. WRG management is employing agronomics, science, technology, and irrigation techniques to produce fresh and awesome specialty fruits and vegetables all “year-round”.
