"Karil i Tania"Ltd is producer of dairy products. Main activity is ice-cream production. The company offers to its customers over 80 articles of varied flavours. Since the end of 2005 a novelty of the company is the functioning workshop for producing milk foods. Cheese “Karil” is offered like lumps in brine in 10l plastic boxes for single usage, little lumps in brine in 800g plastic packages for single usage and vacuumized packages in slabs. The enterprise has at its disposal an up-to-date equipped according to EU standards laboratory, through which is implemented the foods safety system according to НАССP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point). There is a developed system of quality control - ISO 9001: 2000 and HACCP, as this year we was sertified
