We are exporter of 100% Natural Latex Foam,
1.Mattress Blocks ('A' Grade)
Mattress Blocks ('A' Grade) can be made for 75 to 90 density with or without inner/outter covers.
Maximum size 200cmX200cmX15cm.
2.Low cost Laminated Mattress Blocks.
Different sizes of latex foam sheets are pasted using latex glue to any custom sizes.
Density is approx. 80.
3.Shredder Mattress.
Cotton mattress cover is stitched with slots/tube in the cover.
Natural Latex Foam offcutts/Scrap is shredded and slots/tube are filled with shredded foam.
Density is approx. 80-85. Any size can be made.
4.Offcuts/Scrap to make rebond mattresses, etc.
This we export to companies manufacture rebond mattresses.
