Pak Hy-Oils Ltd, was established in 1974 in the public sector as an ancillary unit of National Refinery Ltd., by PERAC Govt. of Pakistan to produce value added downstream products of oil refining, like speciality asphalts, oils, and lubricants. Under the privatisation program of Govt. of Pakista, Pak Hy-Oils Ltd., was handed over to the Orion Group. Orion is a well established and reputed multinational bsuiness group engaged in Oil business since 1981 and has a strong presence in Nigeria, England and many other countries. Pak Hy-Oils Ltd., is pioneer and sole producer of Transformer Oil and Waterproofing Membrane in Pakistan. and the leading producer of Speciality Asphalt for over 25 years, and speciality Lubricants including Sugar Mill Oils on International acknowledged specification standards.
