Welcome to Orient Abrasives Limited, Porbandar. Orient Abrasives Limited is a multidivisional manufacturing company with head office at New Delhi and manufacturing divisions at Porbandar (Gujarat) & Bhiwadi (Rajasthan). In a Relatively short period of time Company is developed into one of the important manufacturer of fused alumina abrasive grains and refractory raw material at Porbandar Works and Sophisticated Refractories at Bhiwadi works with annual turnover of Rs.200 corers ($ 4.50 corers) in 2004-05. Porbandar division was established in 1974 in technical collaboration with Carborandum Benatky (Czechoslovakia). Today It is the largest manufacturer of synthetically fused alumina electro minerals for bonded and coated abrasive industries and for refractory manufacturer. Orient is the only bauxite mines owner in Gujarat who has manufacturing units in Gujarat to produce value added Products.
