Flour from durum wheat is used for production;
Pasta group A, the highest quality, Semi-finished products, Bakery and Confectionery.
Top grade (grains):
o Gluten 27-30% (at least 26% according to GOST 31463-2012)
o Moisture 14.8-15.3% (not more than 15.5% according to GOST 31463-2012)
o Ash content 0.82-0.86% (not more than 0.90% according to GOST 31463-2012)
o Quality of raw gluten (IDK) 86-90 units. (from 50 to 105 units. according to GOST 31463-2012)
o It has a light cream color with a golden tint without foreign smells and has a taste typical of healthy grain flour, without foreign flavors.
