Understand from a REAL SELLER. Russian Refinery's ONLY utilize Russian Tank Storage Co. Russian Refinery's DO NOT APPROVE Sublease Tanks PERIOD.
The Refinery DICTATES the procedures to acquire their FUEL and their NON-NEGOTIABLE.
If the Buyer DOES NOT HAVE RUSSIAN Tanks, we offer the option to Extend our Tanks for the Transaction. NO TANK in place, NO RUSSIAN FUEL.
Also, at this time, all of my Refinery's ARE NOT REQUIRING PROOF OF FUNDS, which is a blessing.
