Line 1: It is a Spunbond (SS) 3.2 meter width double beam line and is specialized in manufacturing Agricultural crop cover and Industrial Nonwoven. We are one of the biggest agricultural Nonwoven supplier in the region with a annual production capacity of around 6000 tons. We use the best quality raw materials sourced from different world class suppliers and Also we have a very strong Quality control department with a fully equipped lab to make sure the ultimate quality in each and every roll goods we manufacture.
Capable of producing:
· Anti UV Agricultural nonwoven (4.5%UV)
· PPSB Industrial / Packaging
Line 2 is a spun melt (SMS) 1.65 meter width line and is dedicated for medical and hygiene segments
Machine Capable of producing:
· PPSB hydrophilic Top sheet (SS – HI) - Hygiene
· PPSB Back sheet (SS) - Hygiene
· SMS
· SMS Antistatic Nonwoven for medical Line width – 1.65 m
· Roll outer diameter (OD) up to 1150 mm
