UAB „Darvėja“ engages in snail processing and production in any quantity. Company has been in business for over 3 years and already achieved a great success in Lithuanian market by selling production to the biggest retail stores in Lithuania. Also some of the products are being exported to several countries, like France, Spain and few others.
We produce Frozen Helix Aspersa Maxima snails and Burgundian (Helix Pomatia) snails in different tastes: with blue cheese, with eggplant and garlic, with Provencal herbs, with mushrooms, traditional burgundian, with three kinds of cheese.
Also we sell snail meat, and live snails in any required quantities.
We are given a European veterinary number LT 71-03 and work in accordance with HACCP food safety program, which allows us to produce high quality products in compliance with all European requirements. Every year we process around 150 tons of snails (Helix Pomatia) and africanum snails (Helix aspersa maxima).
We are regularly Selling: snail meat, live snails, snail products, helix aspersa maxima, snail slime extract, burgundy snail dishes. |
