The company Grzybmar was created back in 2007 by Mr. Andrzej Borkowski It has 40 producers with a production of 70 to 100 tons of mushrooms by week. The first customers of the company were Polish "traders" having the export of goods towards the European market.
In January 2013, the company started a direct collaboration with the foreign customers.
Nowadays, it has one of the biggest mushroom producer in Eastern Poland. Its producers have a huge experience in growing and exporting of the Paris white mushrooms, brown, portobello and Oyster in all Cat. and caliber.
The weekly production reaches 100 tons of mushroom. Right out pallets fungi refrigerated vehicle thereof, are placed in machines called "chokers" which allow the immediate cooling of the goods at a temperature of 2 degrees. Mushrooms having this kind of treatment, are stored in a better way in a cold storage of a period of 10 days.
